well let me tell you…

You have a few options as to the focus of the shoot. Ie; a personal Branding Photoshoot, a family photoshoot (family of 4 or less), a lifestyle product shoot, or a behind the business (or workshop) photoshoot.

Lets focus on a Personal Branding shoot, for example.  With this you would get a 1 hour photoshoot session, including up to 30 best edited digital images, delivered within two weeks of the photoshoot date.

BEFORE THE SHOOT - we would have a conversation & brainstorm of what you want to highlight & focus on in your business. WHAT IS THE NARRATIVE YOU WANT TO TELL? From there we will plan LOCATION, PROPS, OUTFIT(S), PEOPLE.  You will get 1 location (hire not included), 1-2 outfits to be photographed in, and as many props as you bring we will incorporate them into each shot.

THE PHOTOSHOOT - we will have a 5 minute (or so) chat to run through the plan of the shoot to be as productive in that time as possible (while still having fun). The tunes will start playing, the first outfit and location spot is picked out, and we are ready to GO GO. We will mix up the props used, figure out what you could say with each outfit or pose or location or lighting.

IT IS ALL ABOUT THE STORY YOU ARE TELLING.

YOUR STORY.

Think about how each image or setting can be used for your business, to share a part of your story that will help your audience connect with you.

Once connection happens, trust is built, in turn your audience are invested and are likely to invest / support / naturally promote you and your brand.

I digress….

POST PHOTOSHOOT - within 2 weeks of the photoshoot date your photos will be delivered to you. BE AWARE OF THIS. PLAN AHEAD.  If you know you need your photos by the 15th Feb, look back at least 2-3 weeks prior to when you need the photos, and book your photoshoot for then.  This allows for editing time, and for you to receive the images and plan out how you are going to use them.

Another way I phrase this Package is “My Social Media Package” as it gives you 30 photos for 30 days.  Granted this be the case if you were to post online every single day.  However this could be spread out to a photo every other day over 60 days. It is all in how you use them that will show the true benefit of Personal Branding Photos.

I give you the resources (featuring you and your brand), and you have to put them to use.

If this were a Family photoshoot, you would get pretty much the same deal, however we will go out on adventure for an hour (if that’s your preference) and create memories with each other, and I will capture them for you to keep forever.

One type of family photos I love to do is in the autumn.  I collect a bunch of autumn leaves, dry them out and bring them along with me to a family shoot in a forest. We then get a a whole bunch of lovely full family photos - tickling each other & laughing & being silly.  Then I bring out the leaves… The kids LOVE this. (And I think the parents secretly do too).  First the kids throw the leaves over themselves, then I get the kids to throw some leaves over the parents, and THEN the parents have their turn.  Time for the parents to throw leaves over the kids. Laughter is all around at this point! I just love it.

Anyway, with a family photoshoot, the basic process from contact to delivery is the same. So again plan ahead. If you are planning to use the photos for a special someone’s birthday, plan in the editing time, the printing time (from your preferred printer) and then book the photoshoot.  (I would recommend around 3-4 weeks prior to the date you want to gift the photos, to allow for delivery & postage, etc.).

So for £300 you could get a lot. Not only would you get a fun & memorable experience - whether it be a family photoshoot or a personal branding photoshoot. You will get beautiful photographs to boot.
